Effective Installation
- Check Compressor is Kept on leveled Floor
- Check Availability of Correct Grade and Quantity of Lubricating Oil
- Check Availability of Recommended Cables & Isolators
- Check for the Correct Ventilation
- Check Availability of Water Flow and Recommended Water Inlet (If Needed)
- Check for the Correct Layout for the Air and Water (If Needed) Piping
- Check Tightness for Cable Connections and Panel Wiring
- Check any Loose Parts Before Starting the Compressor
- Check Power Input for Voltage and Capacity
- Check Correct Installation of Dryer, Filter and Receiver

Service & Parts
Guidelines For Commissioning Of
Industrial Air Compressors
- Compressor should be Installed / Placed in a Well Ventilated / Cross-Ventilated Room
- Compressor must be placed on a leveled Concrete Floor
- Compressor should be Placed at a Minimum Distance of 1 to 1.2 Meter away from the Wall or from any Stationary Equipment (Free from all the Sides)
- Compressor Room Temperature Rise should not be More than 5 Degree above Ambient. Ducting of Hot Air from the Compressor to the Outside Room is Mandatory (Please Refer the Instruction Book)
- Isolator / MCB / SFU or Suitable Capacity must be Provided by the Customer to the In-coming Supply Near the Compressor
- The Residual Voltage should not exceed more than 1 volt between neutral to earth.
- In-coming Voltage should be 415+/- 5% (max).
- Check the Electrical Connections for Fightness. The Installation must be Protected Against the Short Circuits Fuses of Inserted Type in All Phases
